Beer Festival 2017
The Owls Nest annual Pie and Ale Festival is here
Many of our friends from all over the place are looking forward to the 2017 edition of our annual Pie and Ale Festival (aka the Beer Festival 2017.) We’ve now been running these for a good few years in an attempt to brighten up the dark days and nights after Christmas and New Year. In case you’ve missed it the dates are as follows:
Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January 2017
We will have live music on the Friday and Saturday nights and on the Sunday evening as usual – details to follow. What’s more we will tempt you to our range of delicious hot pies to help soak up the beer – available until 8.30pm.
In order to whet (wet?) your appetites here are some of the beers we’ve been pulling in from further afield for the festival period – there will be MANY more from more local and regional brewers. We look forward to seeing you here!
CAMRA members welcome – voted East Dorset CAMRA’s Rural Pub of the Year 2016.

The next edition of The Owls Nest’s famous Beer and Pie Festivals is due to take place over the weekend of 27th, 28th and 29th January 2017.
Our beer loving friends will no doubt be hugely excited by this news and will be wanting to get in the diary. Previous events have been hugely successful with ale drinkers and pie fans coming from all over the locality as well as from further afield ….. Come and help us make this another one to remember (!?)
We’ve got some fantastic live music and other events lined up for the early summer. We hope that many of our old friends will come in to enjoy the fun – and if you’ve never popped in before, why not reserve a table and give the Owls Nest a go!
